“TRIAL AND” is the first full-evening stage piece the collective created. Starting from their very own fear of high expectations and potential failure, they created a humorous performance based on the trial-and-error method.

The trio performs eight scenes of spoken text and dance. Among other things, they try to instantly recreate challenging acrobatic yoga poses, which are randomly taken from their instagram feed, Klee portrays a perfectionist who is never satisfied with himself, Merle revisits a failed sibling relationships and translates her feelings into vulnerable quiet movements, and Mischke tests his ability to animate the audience to follow his lead. The three artists allow themselves a somewhat naive view of the world. In the protected space of their friendship failure is celebrated and emancipated from negative associations.
